Chef de Partie
We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Chef de Partie. The right candidate will ideally have experience working in a busy, high volume gastro pub environment. They will be self motivating and able to create menu ideas. They will have knowledge of organic and seasonal cooking, and share the company ethics.
